Another bag workout for you. It's a fresh start to the day or a relaxing drill for the evening. This is Cardio, and I expect to keep moving. Rest for 15 seconds and fire up again. Expect yourself to train this several times in a year to master and be in good shape. Use it as a test or another step in your progress. Go for your limit; healthily push yourself.
